Hi there!

You’re probably reading this because a friend or connection thinks you’d be an amazing addition to our care team, or you've seen this post on social media.

We are seeking experienced Care Assistants who thrive on night time shifts and enjoy the variety and challenge of supporting service users in their own home. Based within the community, you will work in pairs to provide overnight care, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our service users throughout the borough.

The best news? You don’t need previous experience or qualifications to join us. We provide all the training you need to succeed and grow in your role.

Our motto is: “Our People, Our Passion.” As one of the largest care providers on the Wirral, we’re proud to have one of the lowest staff turnover rates in the sector. Don’t just take our word for it—our employee reviews speak volumes. Simply search Professional Carers on Indeed to see why our team loves working here.

If this sounds interesting, click ‘I’m Interested’ below and complete our short Expression of Interest form. It’s not a formal application—just the first step toward a rewarding role working alongside current and future friends! Once we receive it, we’ll get in touch to answer your questions and chat further.
